| Logging On : First Time User |
Q: How do I log on for the first time?
A: Enter your VF account number as the User ID and also as the Password. Enter it without dashes or spaces. You will be prompted to set a new password. |

| Logging On : Multiple Accounts |
Q: What if I have more than one account number?
A: Enter the account you use most to log on the first time. Once you have logged on, you can go to My Account and choose Edit Profile. This will allow you to choose which accounts you want displayed from that point forward. |

Q: What if we only have one account, and other people at my location need access?
The first person to log on using the account number has the ability to set up other users for the same account so you can create as many other users as you wish. |

| Ordering : Drop Shipping |
Q: Can I drop ship web orders?
A: Yes, When you check out you will be asked if you are shipping the order to your regular address. If you say NO it will prompt you to enter the zip code for the address you are shipping to. Once you enter the zip code, it will display the ship to form so you can enter the drop ship address or pick from the address book.
Q: Where will my drop ship order ship from?
A: It will automatically be routed from the closest distribution location to the drop ship address.
Q: Can I save frequently used drop ship addresses so I don’t have to key them in every time?
A: Yes |

| Ordering : Changing the Carrier |
Q: Can I change the carrier on my order?
A: Yes. At checkout you will see that your default carrier has been chosen. To change it, just click on the arrow for the drop down menu and choose from the list. |

Q: Can I see the shipping information before I submit the order?
A: Yes. On the shopping cart screen you can click Check Availability to see the shipping location and scheduled ship date.
Q: When I click Check Availability, is the inventory allocated to my order at that time?
A: Yes, but if you log off the site without submitting your order the items are returned to inventory and reallocated to other orders. |

| Ordering : Nonstock Sizes |
Q: How can I tell if I’m ordering a nonstock item?
A: Once you click Add to Cart, a message at the top of the screen will alert you if there are nonstock items in the cart. The nonstock items will be highlighted in yellow. |

Q: What if I have already added an item to the cart and I need to change or delete it?
A: Each line of the shopping cart contains a Delete icon and an Edit icon. Choose the one you need for fast easy changes. |

| Ordering : Uploading an Order File |
Q: Can I upload orders to the web?
A: Limited uploading is currently available. You can upload one order file, process the order, then upload another. The file must contain our VF lot number, our size 1 and size 2, and the quantity in csv format. A sample file is available for viewing at the order upload screen. You can also call technical support if you have questions. |

| Ordering : Routing from Another Warehouse |
Q: Can I reroute the order to avoid a backorder?
A: Yes. Once you have added the items to your cart, click Check Availability to see the ship location and ship date for the items. If an item is not shipping at once, you can click Check Another Location and choose another warehouse. The order will then show you the ship date of the item if it is shipped from that location. If you want the item to ship from this other location just leave it as is and submit the order. If you want to change the location back to the original, or choose a different location, just click Check Another Location again and make your choice. If you do not see the Check Another Location link that means we do not have the item anywhere else. |

| Ordering : Saving an Unsent Order |
Q: Can I save an unsent order and submit it later?
A: If you wish to exit the system without submitting your order, you can click on the Save Order button on the shopping cart page, then return to the site later and click on View Unsent Orders (from the light blue area at the top of the page), add the order back into the cart and continue shopping.
Also, if you are disconnected from the site for any reason, all items that have been added to your cart will be saved automatically. If you log off without saving or submitting, you will be asked if you wish to save the order.
Q: Can I create an order in the morning, save it, then submit it in the afternoon?
A: Yes, but if you need the items to ship at once, you should click Check Availability to see if the inventory is still available and reroute if necessary before submitting the order. |

| Getting Information : Order Confirmation |
Q: How will I get confirmations of my web orders?
A: You get an immediate on screen confirmation as soon as you submit your order, and you can print this for your records if you wish. If you were previously set up in our system for fax confirmations you may also get a second confirmation over your fax machine.
Also, if you enter an e-mail address in My Accounts, you will receive e-mail confirmations of every web order in addition to the immediate one and any others you were set up for. With e-mail confirmations you get a separate message for every VF order number.
Q: How do I stop getting automatic confirmations?
A: If you wish to print the web confirmation and stop receiving all other confirmations, just call customer service at 1-800-733-5271 and ask to have your order confirmation turned off in customer master. Then, log onto the web site and go to My Account. Make sure the e-mail address field is blank. Once you have done both of these things you will get the web confirmation only. |

| Getting Information : Checking Open Order Status |
Q: Can I check open orders on the web?
A: Yes, and the information you see is real time (current as of right now). You can look up an individual order by PO number or VF order number, you can look for all orders placed on a specific date or date range, or look for all open orders.

Q: Can I see my shipped order history?
A: Yes, you can see up to 60 days worth of shipped order history. You can look up shipped orders by PO Number, VF order number, Ship date or date range. |

| Getting Information : Tracking a Shipped Order |
Q: Can I track a shipped order on the web?
A: If the order was shipped via FedEx, UPS or DHL you can track the order on the web. Just go to Order Status and do a search for the order. Click on the order number to see the order details. Click on the tracking number and it will take you to the information on the UPS or FedEx site. |

| Getting Information : Inventory Lookup |
Q: Can I check inventory on the web?
A: Yes, and the numbers you see are real time (available to order at once). You can look up one specific size by entering the lot number, size 1, and size 2 for the item; or you can look at a group of sizes by entering the lot number and size 1 only. You can also choose to see stock sizes only, nonstock sizes only, or all sizes (including those that are phasing out).
Q: Can I see where the inventory is located?
A: Yes. You can search by location or you can choose all, then click on any of the inventory amounts to see a breakdown by location. Quantities of 500 or greater are shown as 500+. If you need more than 500 pieces of a particular size you can call customer service to get the exact piece count.
Q: Can I see when you will have more, and how much is coming?
A: The search will show you current inventory and the next month’s worth of new inventory by quantity, date, and location. |
